Appointments

Appointments are not necessary, but you may reserve your spot and schedule your vaccines.

Additionally, if possible please print and complete the below consent form and bring it with you for your vaccine to expedite your visit.

Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR)

We have the MMR vaccine (Priorix) in stock. We encourage you to discuss your situation with your provider and if you need a booster, please have your provider send a prescription for an MMR shot.

COVID-19

We have the most up to date COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna always and by walk-in, Pfizer by appointment only). We are able to provide COVID shots for ages 12+.

Influenza (flu)

We still have a few flu shots available. We can provide flu shots for children and adults (must have rx for ages 3-6).

The World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have standard recommendations for the general public to reduce exposure to and transmission of COVID-19.
