Current Status
As of 10am on Thursday 10/24, we have had consistent internet and functionality for several days, including functional phones. However, we have determined AT&T cell tower users are unable to call us at all. Please text or call the phone numbers below if you cannot reach us via a normal phone call. Also, if the internet goes down, we move to a temporary solution that allows us to be functional although we do not have our normal phone system. We can help you at the pharmacy and are fully operational here, but the cell and phone system is the last thing that is problematic.
If you are unable to reach us at our main number 828-669-9970, please call or text our Pharmacy Mobile Phone at 828-620-1409. You may also text 828-385-5397 which is the same phone number you get RX ready notifications from, so you can text us back there for questions or refill requests.
Emergency Prescriptions
We are still able to provide up to an emergency 30 day prescription to those on chronic medications unable to access their regular pharmacy. Please bring your prescription bottle and label and we will do everything we can to get your medication.
